Refund Policy

Last updated Oct 2026

In plain words

  • Cancel Pro anytime from Account. No calls, no forms.
  • After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund.
  • Everything that runs in your browser stays free either way.
01

Cancelling

Open Account, choose Manage billing and cancel. Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.

02

Keeping Pro until the period ends

You already paid for the current month or year, so Pro stays on until that period ends. After that you move to Free.

When Pro ends, the backup of your library on our servers becomes read-only for 90 days so you can restore it to your browser. The Privacy Policy has the details.

03

Full refund within 14 days

If Pro is not for you, ask within 14 days of the first payment of your subscription, monthly or yearly, and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

  • Renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
  • If you were charged twice or charged in error, email us and we will refund the incorrect charge, whenever it happened.
04

How to ask

Email hello@pollenflow.com from the address you signed in with, or include that address and your order or invoice number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before you dispute it with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

05

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, Pro ends straight away and your account returns to the Free plan. The backup of your library is kept read-only for 90 days so you can restore it, and is then deleted after an email warning. The copy in your browser stays on your device.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
