1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pollenflow — including the Chrome extension, website (pollenflow.com), and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Pollenflow is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to selectively save and organize insights from their AI conversations on ChatGPT. Content is stored locally in the user's browser. The Pollenflow website provides product information and a waitlist signup form.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pollenflow. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you save using the Pollenflow extension. We do not claim any rights over your saved content. Since all saved content is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it.

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you save and how you use it. You agree not to use Pollenflow to save or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the terms of service of the AI platforms you use (e.g., ChatGPT's usage policies).

4.3 Data Loss

Since all extension data is stored locally in your browser, clearing your browser data, uninstalling the extension, or switching devices will result in permanent data loss. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to browser actions, device changes, or software updates.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension or any part of it.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Pollenflow website.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pollenflow name, logo, website design, extension code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Pollenflow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. Free Plan and Limitations

Pollenflow is currently free to use with the following limitations: up to 10 books and 10 snippets per book. These limits may change in the future. We may introduce paid plans with additional features. Any changes to pricing or plan structure will be communicated in advance.

8. Privacy

Your use of Pollenflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Pollenflow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Saved content will be preserved indefinitely (data is stored locally and is subject to browser limitations).
• The extension will be compatible with all browsers, devices, or future versions of ChatGPT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pollenflow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of productivity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — regardless of the legal theory.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the free plan period, is zero).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pollenflow, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

You may stop using Pollenflow at any time by uninstalling the extension and closing your waitlist subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
